- New places opening up like beanscene, bb's coffee and muffins, caffe nero been around for a while lacks in atmosphere on the upstairs tho.
- Caffe Canto on George Street is lovely, really nice atmosphere but often really busy at lunchtimes, great coffee and mediterranean-style lucnh menu.
- Willows Cafe, Cafe Pacos.. and the other wee cafe which is situatied beside these. Nice in the summer.. when all the chairs are out on the patio. Cafe Barista at the end of the high street is lovely. Cafe Biba is popular but somewhat over priced.
- Take your pick...something Perth is never short of!
- Costa(lot for a)Coffee is nice to sit and watch the local hussies and neds go fleeting by
- Caffe Canto is totally the best place to 'do lunch'. Its on George Street and has panini, pasta, soup, baked spuds etc all with a mediterranean feel for under a fiver each. They also have a takeaway deli now with Cafe Ecosse, olives and loads of other posh eats. Great coffee and a great atmosphere, posh ladies go here for afternoon snacks after a hard days shopping. You'll probably have to wait for a table.
- quite a few nice lil cafes, delicious is really cute , a lil small but the food is lovely and its decently priced too.
- Perth Theatre coffee shop - spend your Saturday afternoon listening to the Youth Theatre whiling their lives away. Cheap and cheerful
- Olivers on a cold saturday. Cafe Biba or summit just across from the TSB next to st johns centre.
- Feel like having your own ass felt up while you watch the manager do the same to the 15 year old waiting staff? Then come to Willows!
- Delicious is a great little cafe which does excellent food at very cheap prices.
- Loads of places to get coffee, paritcularly round the City Hall. Brilliant in summer because you can sit outside and have lunch. Filling Station, Pacos, Willows, and Biancos all in a line and offer great food at night too - some more expensive than others.
