  • Goldrush Records, in Kinnoul Street, just round the corner from the High Street.
  • Goldrush shut their doors for the last time in 2007 (after 30 years, it was time to call it a day). Virgin shut their doors in 2007. The Virgin store is now a HSBC bank. Revolution are still trading. The HMV store still trades, hoever it is a small one. There is no second hand retailer in Perth, the nearest is Grouchos in Dundee.
  • Evolution and Goldrush are good and helpfull
  • hmv, mvc, virgin r the best places 2 go 4 ur music more variety
  • Goldrush on Kinnoull Street has EVERYTHING. Or try Revolution just down the road on Scott Street.
  • Virgin,HMV, downloading from net
  • Revolution sells dance 12"'s, but a fair chunk of it comprises of cheesey trance which appeals to the Burberry clad locals. Their sale stuff (if you consider £3.00 cheap) can be okay, as it tends to be stuff which doesn't interest local DJs - if your lucky you can find the odd gem. Goldrush sell some second hand rock/pop vinyl. It is good for new release alternative indie/metal/rock etc, though i tend to find MVC has a wider selection of cds especially if you are looking for electro or hip-hop.
  • Goldrush, Virgin, MVC
  • GOLDRUSH---- ITS THE ONE
  • GOLDRUSH has a brilliant second hand section (Belinda Carlisle fans take note - BIG section). But they never have tickets for decent gigs
  • Revolution on Scott Street is a good all round place cos it has sheet music and stuff as well upstairs but its a bit pricey. Goldrush is nearby on Kinnoull Street and has a huge range of music you can also swap your old CDs for new ones and buy sought-after gig tickets except T in the Park which they always advertise but never seem to actually have any to sell.
  • Goldrush. What is with that curly haired dude?
  • A couple although they are pretty gash! I don't have dekz so i rarely, if ever buy records.
  • Goldrush - the best by far
  • GOLDRUSH IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR RECORDS
  • Virgin and Goldrush records offer the best shit but both can be a bit expensive.
  • Eager to waste the afternoon trying to convince freindly staff that "No, that wasn't me who ordered in that Foreigner/REO Speedwagon/Lynnrd Skynard album last week"? Then come to Goldrush Records on Kinnoul Street! Owner Barclay Noodleheed will soon convince you otherwise and you'll soon go home happy and the proud new owner of Jefferson Starship's Greatest Hits!
  • Perth is Pat Cash for records- you're on the net, use that instead.
  • Goldrush is good for gig tickets
  • Goldrush Records @ 9 Kinnoul St. is good for skate punk.
  • MVC
