• The Palace Brasserie is the best place to eat the food is excellent and unusual the staff friendly and efficient.

• Well - the new place in town HAS to be THE best!! Angelz Restaurant in Queen Street have well outdone the rest!! The food is great! and cheap! and you can sit with your friends & have lunch and LOVELY coffee!! and they just got licensed! WooooHoooo! YUM!

• There is an Abundance of retaurants and takeaways in Peterhead Including Zanres the UK's No1 fish and chip shop (but thats a matter of oppinion)other types available are Indian,Chineese,Thai,Korean and traditional.most takeaways deliver or offer a taxi delivery service which is the dogs boll***s when you have the munchies

• Zanres: Best burgers in the world, voted best Fish and Chip shop 1999.
• The Palace Diner is good and cheap but the service is hopeless. The Waterside has top class chefs but is VERY expensive. No really good take aways.
• Zanres is very good, specially the cheeseburgers, macaroni and hot dogs
• Zanre's chip shop in Queen Street.
• Although Fraserburgh is a fishing port, there are more Chinese Take Aways than Fish and Chip Shops. There are now a lot of pizza places (the best of which is next the Wynd Tower) and stays open till 2am. Best of all, there is even an Indian Restaurant now. Naturally there are also the usual rubbishy hotel/pub food places.
