  • The male orientated version of Soul Life, Partisan, near to voodoo lounge, has a selection of independently made tshirt prints, as well as graf and street art work and books.
  • SOUL LIFE one of the few independent stores in the city. GOTO the barbican.
  • The Domain has clothing at the best prices. Amazing deals on Ex sample stuff. Mostly Adio shoes and Planet Earth clothing.
  • The Attic is good for Gothic/Cyber/Punk clothing and Justin, the lovely manager is pretty fine.
  • Plymouth has the usual TopShop Bay Trading Miss Selfridge New Look etc, blah blah but what is particularly nice is that it has a lot of Surfer shops - Just Add Water plus the Quicksilver store sell the general Animal, Hurley, O'neill malarkey. Nice!
  • QS for life
  • Soul life in Southside street down in the Barbican has got a pretty fine selection of cool and rare gear, stuff that you won't find elsewhere for sure.
  • There are laods of surfing shops in Plyouth but BE WARNED!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY ARE OVER PRICED BY FAR TOO MUCH. the best place to go is to get the ferry across to torpoint where there is a surf shop that sells the same stuff at a fraction of the price as the ones found in town. And its not miles away, its about a 15 minute drive from town and across the ferries to get there.
  • Burtons.
  • Panner Market
  • Very little in the way of clothes shops. I try not to buy clothes there.
  • downstairs in debenhams! slection of all the top labels, guaranteed to find something you like and for those with a higher income bracket first floor in dingles has the likes of morgan, french connection, diesel, ted baker and other designer labels.
  • Go to Exeter or Bristol if you don't like sports clothing
  • FLATSPOT= ALL TOP SKATE BRANDS MOSTLY CORE LABELS AND STUSSY- PAUL FRANK.

  • some bizzare - there are two some bizzare shops, one by plymouth museum and art gallery and one near the barbican. definetely worth a look for some vintage clothes, although some of the replica stuff is a bit crap.
  • Some Bizzare, clothing for the bohemian in you or the urban type in their other shop.
  • Route 1 up from barbican fish bar (good chips) 720 snow + bmx specilastis
  • For teenagers, i recomend Pete's place. Its great! they sell baggy trousers, cool tops and loads more. Tammy is good for the young girls, but for the teenage girls, top shop is fab.
