  • Soul life in the Barbican
  • Kathie's and Purple Haze no longer exist, Ltd Edition (just past the bus station on the way to the barbican) has a small collection of latest and back issues, graphic novels, figures and the whole chillata, cept its kinda on the small side, so it doesnt have a great deal of variety. Comics are pretty cheap there tho at 2.20 a pop. The waterstones at new george street in the centre of town, not the drake circus one, has an extensive supply of Graphic Novels and Manga.
  • Both Kathies and Purple Haze closed down a good year plus ago. Hell that crappy shopping precint-y type place that housed Purple haze doesn't even exist anymore. It got replaced by that eye monstrosity of a shopping centre. You need to go to Limited Editon thats on the way to the barbican if your walking from town. That really old place that was the Attic for about 5 minutes.
  • WHSmiths do the biz
  • Kathies Comics is an exellent place fpr comic books
  • Purple Haze is a good comic / sci-fi / vinyl junkie hang-out. (Big up, Jules!).
  • KaThIeS CoMiCs
  • Purple Haze! Purple Haze! Purple Haze! It's a great comic and collectibles shop, within easy walking distance of the main Uni campus.
  • There are loads of them!

Also has huge stocks of new and secondhand SF books with almost 1500 different action figures for sale. Been trading well over 10 years now with very staff who really know there stuff.
  • Kathies comics
  • purple haze
  • Kathie's Comics is great - like something out of a Kevin Smith movie, frighteningly obsessive owners, as is expected in any self-respecting comic shop
  • Kathy's Comics
  • Mount Lyner Stores-top of Peters Park Lane,St. Budeaux. If they haven't got it they will order it.
  • Purple Haze
  • WH Smiths, loadsa good newsagents to stock Sidewalk Surfer, Thrasher, Trans-world, etc.
