• House prices in Darras Hall Anywhere within a mile of the 4 schools between 8 and 9, and 3 and 4 Dyed-blonde, fur-wearing mothers in vast 4x4s driving like they own the place Darras Hallies Charves coming from outside the area to spoil our village Charves in general No Metro link yet (20 min walk to airport) Boy racers. And spoilt, rish-kid boy racers. Which are far more lethal. Avoid avoid avoid. When everyone thinks they own the roads because they drive huge cars... it's motoring hell Bypass? What bypass? Sometime this decade we might get one Endless roadworks in the village Blockbuster, the Tandoori and Bairstow Eves all have garish colours and stand out quite a bit on main street
• POOR QUALITY OF SHOPPING IN THE VILLAGE AND THE PRICES YOU HAVE TO PAY
• pont charvs (some of them)
• High cost of housing,
• no bypass built despite promises from all the parliament parties saying they would do it! typical government!!
• Extreme drug problem (known to the locals but not, apparently, the police). Cliquish nature of the clientelle at the Diamond. Yobs from outside the area doing drugs, congregating in areas and generally trying to intimidate the people that live here. Lack of policing of the above mentioned youngsters. Callerton Lane used at motorway speeds in spite of constables standing (where they can be easily seen) with their portable speed trap guns (occasionally). Extreme litter problem in the park.
• Haven't quite got rid of all the low-life yet.
