  • THE PIER HOTEL HAS A JAM NIGHT ON THE FIRST THURSDAY OF EVERY MONTH AND ANY ONE IS WELCOME . THE BRENTWOOD HOTEL HAS AN ACOUSTIC OPEN MIC SESSION EVEY OTHER FRIDAY AND AGAIN ALL WELCOME TO PLAY OR WACH. AT THE END OF APRIL THE SUNDAY NIGHT ACOUSTIC GIGS START AT THE CAFE BAR AT THE GRAND PAVILLION AND SOME EXCELLENT ACTS HAVE ALL READY BEEN BOOKED UP ( WWW.MYSPACE.COM/THECHILLOUTSESSION ) THE APOLLO HAS BAND NIGHTS EVERY SO OFTEN .

  • The odd pub with aging nobodies (Secret Army)playing awful covers and even worse, their own stuff!
