- There's a wealth of loons on Portland. Nutty Norman and the bloke with 2 dogs are my personal favourites (although they may be dead).
- there are people from Porltand who have never left the island in there whole life, which is disturbingly true. Porltand is also famous for inbreds,crazy people,smugglers and is sometimes called alcatraz due to the 3 prisons on it.
- None, to my knowledge. Although the school kids do sing carols outside the Co-op at Xmas.
