WHSmith's tends to have one of the biggest ranges when it comes to mags and stuff like that.
Comic book shop on Elm Grove stocks an *awful* lot of comics. Good stuff.
Ian's Comic Books on Albert Road is suppoed to be pretty good.
The comic shop next to the tesco's in albert road the the best one i know of. Its pretty good though.
Mondo comics in Portsmouth sadly closed a while ago.

I'm sure I wrote that bit two lines down about Mondo being upstairs in Charlotte's, about 5 years ago... anyway, it's moved now, across from the roundabout heading up commercial road, out of town. Much has probably changed since I left...
Charlottes has closed as they are getting readyto pull the Tricorn down at last.
Mondo Comics is upstairs in Charlottes Superstore, in The Infamous Tricorn. There's a greasy spoon cafe, second hand CDs and clothes, and more, it's quite a mecca.
