- Any chippy. Though directing racist abuse at someone who is about to cook your dinner not advised. Many locals have been unable to grasp this social nuance
- the best place for a kebab is marmaris, its has boss chilli sauce
- the corner shop in cross lane - you cant beat it - it is cheap and delicious and you are guarenteed a smile aswell!
- have a baked bean pasty from sayers- they is the best. I like them hot or cold.
- maccy's is the only 1 for us lot
- Rays of prescot best pie and cake shop for miles better than pimblets or sayers or waterfields
