- The Stag Inn - 12th Century Pub (arguably, the oldest in Devon). Been going through landlords a bit over the last few years but, the character is still there.
- The Stag Inn - Oldest pub in Devon, 12th Century, and steeped in character. Apart from some good local ale, the food is of a very high standard. Always a cheery welcome from the Landlord, Clive. Bar is named Tom King's Bar. This is because of the ghost that reputedly rides his horse through the pub. Darts and skittles available as well as the very pleasant atmosphere. One of few pubs in the country that falls under the header, 'A hidden treasure'.
