SAVE ORDSALL HALL from partial closure! Petition here. by petsadvice (Member 10257026) on 11-Feb-2013
Salford council is going back on what promises they made regarding the historic Ordsall Hall. They want to close it on Fridays. Start with Fridays and soon where will it be, Mondays? Tuesdays? Wednesdays? Permantly closed? Let's stop this before it starts. Councils should keep promises. The petition is growing but it needs you.

Looking for Mike Gledhill by janet davis (Member 10236662) on 8-Apr-2009
by janet davis (Member 10236662) on 8-Apr-2009
He lived at 81 Ulundi Street, Radcliffe. I think he attended Stand Grammar School and the scouts in Whitefield, early to mid 1960's. After school he attended the University of Leeds. Loved to bike (push type) and hike.

Given name was Graham "Mike" Gledhill

Lost touch - Janet Davis, nee Bowyer formerly of Wilmslow Cheshire

I was at primary school with a Graham Gledhill - St Thomas's primary in Radcliffe - I was born in 1946 - so this would have been in the 1950's I think I can find a school photo from that time if you are interested. Not sure if its the same guy..? if it is - at that time he was not known as "Mike"

Radcliffe Re-Born by Mark Baxter (Member 10196685) on 1-Nov-2006
Radcliffe is under going major works to bring back the old town. Blackburn Street is being re-opened and therefore people will go through radciffe, not round it into ASDA.

Good news for me and my dad, we have just opened a Sharks Sports on Church Street. We sell mainly bikes, but other sports gear on the way!!!

BIG UP RADCLIFFE
