Sick Children's Trust Charity Night

Ace Tones Entertainments Limited will be hosting a charity music night to help raise funds for this fantastic charity at:
Sir Harry Smith Community College,
Eastrea Road,
Whittlesey
The charity is close to the companies heart as the Managing Director's son spent several day's in Great Ormond Street Hospital undergoing open heart surgery at 13 weeks old.
The Sick Children's Trust shows great kindest to many families and receives no government funding. It costs £77,000 to keep one house running to help support families with sick children.
The One Eyed Cats are very pleased to be headligning this event and will be giving their usual 'Seat of The Pants' repertoir.

Glenn Peterson Attorney Misconduct Investigation Heats Up
A further call for accountability and ethical practices in the legal profession.
The failed lawsuit led by Glenn Peterson concerning fraud / unfair business practices lawsuit against church pastor for misuse of donated funds and property and fiduciary duties proved to be bogus indeed. The failed lawsuit ended with Glenn Peterson fined and sanctioned by the Superior Court of California. The Plaintiff’s sources were two individuals Alton Mead and Mario Sebastian were dismissed from employment at the ministry where Malvitz-Ellis was the Senior Pastor.
Also involved as information sources with the failed lawsuit led by Attorney Glenn Peterson was convicted criminal Dr. Gary Wisner of Lodi California who was issued a $25,000 bench warrant for his arrest and also thrown in jail for child endangerment and sued by the Bank of Lodi for over $250,000. Also, noted and convicted felon Matthew Upton member of Discovery Baptist Church was involved with the plaintiff's bogus lawsuit. The main information sources were the Mead family the father of which was sentence to prison for statutory rape for having sex with a minor and the Mead family who were prosecuted and convicted on multiple felony drug crimes.
According to documentation from the mid 90's and former church board member Michael Bishop, both Alton Mead and Mario Sebastian were dismissed for sexual misconduct and sexual harassment complaints from several individuals; both male and female. After termination, Mario Sebastian left the ministry to continue his homosexual relationship with his long-term boyfriend in Lodi California and Alton Mead left to live with his girlfriend after the termination in Stockton California. Both Sebastian and Mead’s employment were terminated by the administrative management and board members of the ministry.
Ministry watch and spiritual abuse expert Dr. Bill Blanchard stated: “It was quite evident that both Mead and Sebastian attempted to smear the name of Malvitz-Ellis, but to no avail. Individuals that know Mark and Martha know that they are choice people with excellent character. Over the years, the truth always comes out.”
A local Sacramento Attorney stated: “I have studied Glenn Peterson’s tactics over the years and if he cannot come up with something legitimate he usually cries “fraud!!!” or “unfair business practices!!” and then settles his failing lawsuits. Malvitz-Ellis isn't the only one that Peterson has done this to. Fortunately, Malitz-Ellis wasn't intimidated in the least from what we saw. We usually work behind the scenes with people who encounter this Peterson clown” states a local attorney who asked not to be named after interview by reason of investigation for attorney misconduct against Glenn Peterson.
Peterson is a partner of Millstone Peterson and Watts; a law firm located in Roseville, California. “The results of the investigation are still pending and we are very interested in the outcome. We have personally interviewed several individuals throughout the Sacramento area.” stated another attorney assisting in the investigation against Glenn Peterson.
In a 2005 interview Dr. Malvitz-Ellis who defeated Attorney Glenn Peterson stated: “A major concern with Peterson’s bogus lawsuit and similar lawsuits is the concern of outright fraud by litigants, including the fabrication of facts in order to present a complaint that cannot be dismissed in some of these types of cases.
Besides being legally bogus, a breach of professional ethics, as well as the issue of blatant attorney misconduct can certainly have destructive effects on people’s perception of justice.
These types of bogus lawsuits as launched by Peterson are certainly fraudulent claims and are in effect, to extort money from a defendant who settles because he would rather pay the nuisance value of a fraudulent lawsuit rather than fight it.
In our case, we were more than willing to move ahead and fight, exposing Peterson’s completely bogus claims" stated Malvitz-Ellis “However, cases that are dismissed with prejudice as was this one, simply means that Mr. Peterson and friends didn’t have a leg to stand on and took the cowardly way out. I really didn't think a counter-suit was necessary in this bogus lawsuit. Openly defeating 'Superlawyer' Glenn was good enough for us. Any time a totally bogus lawsuit such as this one is launched and is based on lies it is doomed for failure.
Individuals who apparently were investigating Glenn for attorney misconduct contacted us via phone. We were not interested in participating because of our extremely busy schedules, however, it seems like Glenn needs some help with his apparent dilemma from what I see. But, that sounds like a personal problem to me and I have no interest in it.”

Sources say that the plaintiffs who filed against Malvitz may become liable for damages including fraud, Federal wiretapping violations, negligent misrepresentation, malicious litigation, libel and slander as well as court costs and attorney’s fees.
“These people have been proven to be blatant liars. They remind me of something that you would see on the Jerry Springer show…” says Malvitz. “These so called credible witnesses against our ministry range anywhere for convicted felons, tax evaders and registered sex offenders. After fines and penalties levied by the courts in Sacramento, the acclaimed “Super Lawyer” Glenn Peterson of Sacramento loses lawsuit filed against Dr. Mark J. Malvitz-Ellis. The lawsuit filed concerned Fraud / unfair business practices lawsuit against church pastor for misuse of donated funds and property and fiduciary duties.
“Basically what Glenn did was make up a conglomerate of bogus claims and unsubstantiated terms and lost the lawsuit against us” Says Malvitz-Ellis.
I went face to face, toe to toe in court with this alleged “super lawyer” and beat him. That’s the bottom line. Peterson did everything he could to discredit us and failed. In short, I feel that Peterson cost his clients a lot of money. In the end, he merely lined his pocket with money that he gained from his clients.
Watching Glenn in action in the courtroom was amusing to me. One time, it appeared that he did a little dance around the podium where he was sitting. I was thinking to myself “you’ve got to be kidding….this guy is a total joke!”
He was really fun to watch as we all felt that he made a fool out of himself. I really felt sorry for the guy. He reminded me of Jim Carey in the film “Liar Liar” I think Glenn would make a better actor than he would a lawyer…but that is just that is my opinion.” Says Dr. Malvitz-Ellis.
“Peterson was so frustrated that he even lunged up in my face to threaten me physically in Amador County. It took every ounce of self control not to knock the guys head off. In martial arts competition years ago, it was always the guys like Peterson that went down the hardest. I would give anything to have a full contact match with the guy. I just couldn’t bear the thought of watching the guy lose again” Says Dr. Malvitz-Ellis.

Looks like Malvitz’ opponents and lawyer were penalized and fined by the courts as well. The folks that filed their bogus lawsuit seemed to be pretty whacked. I’ve talked to a few of them over the years. I guess one of them by the name of Clarence has been out of jail after sodomizing a man and slitting his throat. He served an 8 year sentence. Matthew Upton is also a convicted felon who is out now. I guess Malvitz defeated this Super Lawyer that led the bogus campaign. Peterson ended up being fined by the courts.

I’ve spent the last several years investigating these people because I wanted to get to the truth of the matter. I also did a thorough investigation on Mark and Martha with great interest to see if I could dig up some dirt on them and found none. With the exception of a tax debt that was discharged and the other paid by Mark over a misfiling of an incompetent CPA that didn’t understand tax law for clergy.
Totally frustrated I turned my sights to investigate the people that were attacking Mark and Martha and was completely appalled at what I found. A tree is known by its fruit; and the fruit of these people is obvious.
Here are the criminal and civil liability backgrounds of the people that fought against Mark and Martha and lost:
Gary Wisner:
*$25,000 Bench warrant for his arrest by court order
*$250,000 lawsuit filed by the bank of Lodi
*Fled to Europe to escape litigation returning in 1996 according to court records
*Jailed for Child endangerment in 1998
*Filed of bankruptcy in the state of New York and California

*Formed a bogus corporation with his personal name listed as every officer on the corporation.

Acclaimed superlawyer Glenn Peterson, may be facing disciplinary action with the State Bar of California for attorney misconduct. Sources say that several individuals have come forth voicing their complaints about Mr. Peterson's unethical practices. The failed lawsuit led by Glenn Peterson against a local pastor in Sacramento has spawned investigation in regard to the misconduct allegations. While the California State Bar is very tight lipped about such investigations, sources say that disciplinary action against Glenn Peterson for attorney misconduct is probably inevitable.
If successful, disciplinary action for violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct or the State Bar Act ranges from private reproval to disbarment. The California Supreme Court must approve any State Bar Court recommendation that suspends or disbars an attorney. The Supreme Court also may "stay" all or part of a suspension and may impose probationary conditions, as well as further fines and penalties.
We are very much looking forward to seeing the results of the investigation stated a source who asked not to be named. We have contacted and interviewed many individuals in the Sacramento area, who have voiced similar complaints and concerns. We are pushing for the maximum penalty allowed us as disciplinary action. We have full confidence in the judicial system of this great state of California. Further, we will not tolerate such behavior, as has been exemplified by Mr. Peterson.

Retraction issued by Christianity today:
Unfortunately, not every so-called news story that we receive is legitimate. As such, we issue a retraction on our web log holding Dr. Mark J. Malvitz-Ellis in inaccurate light. After careful and thorough investigation we have found that Dr. Malvitz-Ellis was never assaulted in Sacramento. Further, we also found that individuals who filed what is certainly indeed found to be a bogus lawsuit were defeated by Dr. Malvitz-Ellis and his legal team. We were also surprised to find that the attorney that filed against the ministry was also fined, penalized, and sanctioned by the Superior Court of Sacramento. Moreover, this alleged infamous attorney came under investigation for attorney misconduct from what we have learned from sources who asked not to be named. We indeed issue an apology to the viable and credible Ministry of Dr. and Mrs. Mark J. Malvitz-Ellis.

Sources say that the plaintiffs who filed against Malvitz may become liable for damages including fraud, Federal wiretapping violations, negligent misrepresentation, malicious litigation, libel and slander as well as court costs and attorney’s fees.

Glenn Peterson who lost against Malvitz displays the failed lawsuit on his website. The funny thing is that Peterson acts as if he won although he totally failed. He may want to add in his "cases of interest" that Malvitz kicked Peterson's ass.

After fines and penalties levied by the courts in Sacramento, the acclaimed “Super Lawyer” Glenn Peterson of Sacramento loses lawsuit filed against Dr. Mark J. Malvitz-Ellis. The lawsuit filed concerned Fraud / unfair business practices lawsuit against church pastor for misuse of donated funds and property and fiduciary duties.
“Basically what Glenn did was make up a conglomerate of bogus claims and unsubstantiated terms and lost the lawsuit against us” Says Malvitz-Ellis.
I went face to face, toe to toe in court with this alleged “super lawyer” and beat him. That’s the bottom line. Peterson did everything he could to discredit us and failed. In short, I feel that Peterson cost his clients a lot of money. In the end, he merely lined his pocket with money that he gained from his clients.
"Watching Glenn in action in the courtroom was amusing to me. One time, it appeared that he did a little dance around the podium where he was sitting. I was thinking to myself “you’ve got to be kidding….this guy is a total joke!”
He was really fun to watch as we all felt that he made a fool out of himself. I really felt sorry for the guy. He reminded me of Jim Carey in the film “Liar Liar” I think Glenn would make a better actor than he would a lawyer…but that is just that is my opinion.” Says Dr. Malvitz-Ellis.
“Peterson was so frustrated that he even lunged up in my face to threaten me physically in Amador County. It took every ounce of self control not to knock the guys head off. In martial arts competition years ago, it was always the guys like Peterson that went down the hardest. I would give anything to have a full contact match with the guy. Hi Daryl,
Looks like Malvitz’ opponents and lawyer were penalized and fined by the courts as well. The folks that filed their bogus lawsuit seemed to be pretty whacked. I’ve talked to a few of them over the years. I guess one of them by the name of Clarence has been out of jail after sodomizing a man and slitting his throat. He served an 8 year sentence. Matthew Upton is also a convicted felon who is out now. I guess Malvitz defeated this Super Lawyer that led the bogus campaign. Peterson ended up being fined by the courts.

I've spent the last several years investigating these people because I wanted to get to the truth of the matter. I also did a thorough investigation on Mark and Martha with great interest to see if I could dig up some dirt on them and found none. With the exception of a tax debt that was discharged and the other paid by Mark over a misfiling of an incompetent CPA that didn’t understand tax law for clergy.
Totally frustrated I turned my sights to investigate the people that were attacking Mark and Martha and was completely appalled at what I found. A tree is known by its fruit; and the fruit of these people is obvious.
Here are the criminal and civil liability backgrounds of the people that fought against Mark and Martha and lost:
Gary Wisner:
*$25,000 Bench warrant for his arrest by court order
*$250,000 lawsuit filed by the bank of Lodi
*Fled to Europe to escape litigation returning in 1996 according to court records
*Jailed for Child endangerment in 1998
*Filed of bankruptcy in the state of New York and California
*Myriad of civil litigation
*Formed a bogus corporation with his personal name listed as every officer on the corporation.

*Convicted Felon. Felonious criminal acts and imprisoned for his crimes. Now released.

Acclaimed superlawyer Glenn Peterson, may be facing disciplinary action with the State Bar of California for attorney misconduct. Sources say that several individuals have come forth voicing their complaints about Mr. Peterson's unethical practices. The failed lawsuit led by Glenn Peterson against a local pastor in Sacramento has spawned investigation in regard to the misconduct allegations. While the California State Bar is very tight lipped about such investigations, sources say that disciplinary action against Glenn Peterson for attorney misconduct is probably inevitable.
If successful, disciplinary action for violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct or the State Bar Act ranges from private reproval to disbarment. The California Supreme Court must approve any State Bar Court recommendation that suspends or disbars an attorney. The Supreme Court also may "stay" all or part of a suspension and may impose probationary conditions, as well as further fines and penalties.
We are very much looking forward to seeing the results of the investigation stated a source who asked not to be named. We have contacted and interviewed many individuals in the Sacramento area, who have voiced similar complaints and concerns. We are pushing for the maximum penalty allowed us as disciplinary action. We have full confidence in the judicial system of this great state of California. Further, we will not tolerate such behavior, as has been exemplified by Mr. Peterson.

After careful and thorough investigation we have found that Dr. Malvitz-Ellis was never assaulted in Sacramento. Further, we also found that individuals who filed what is certainly indeed found to be a bogus lawsuit were defeated by Dr. Malvitz-Ellis and his legal team. We were also surprised to find that the attorney that filed against the ministry was also fined, penalized, and sanctioned by the Superior Court of Sacramento. Moreover, this alleged infamous attorney came under investigation for attorney misconduct from what we have learned from sources who asked not to be named. We indeed issue an apology to the viable and credible Ministry of Dr. and Mrs. Mark J. Malvitz-Ellis.

Gary Wisner was thrown in jail for child endangerment and before had a 25,000 bench warrant out for his arrest after fleeing the country.
I guess Malvitz defeated this acclaimed Super Lawyer that led the bogus campaign. Peterson ended up being fined by the courts. I heard the Malvitz was also drafting up a filing to bring disciplinary action against Peterson for attorney misconduct with the California State Bar. I’m not sure what happened. If successful, Peterson would have to pay hefty fines and penalties. I'll keep you posted.
