- The smallest sweet shop in the world which is by the church at the top of the High Street but is no longer a sweet shop! Doors only I could still get through without stooping!!

- The Rayleigh Mill is about the most striking building in the area. You can see it on the horizon from the High Street and it's quite accessible from there. It's not used anymore, though.
