The Best Things
  • Look, Redditch is: The nicest place to live in, as long as you have the right district. I live in Headless Cross, it is nice, so many friendly people from all sorts of ethnic backgrounds! I love it! Why do people trash talk it! It's not well known, but if you are friends with the right people, then you are gonna have a happy life. I have lived here 12 years, and trust me, hardly any crime! It's such a friendly place and I am proud to live here! IT IS NOT TRAMPY! Why do people even say that? -_-

  • The Trees
  • Everyone has got one thing in common, they all love to hate it. There are lots of trees.
  • mmmmmmmmmmm still thinking
  • The asain youth gang-controlled town centre and the asian ghettos surrounding it, provides a fun and SAFE haven for all the ethnic members of Redditch kids, women, youths and elders. The Taxi ranks are also the humorous and buzzing areas for thingz to happen.
  • Some of the bestest ppl in the world
  • The new debenhams part and bus stations quite gud
  • The old days.

  • barbara kathy nicholls....the love of my life
  • I lived in Redditch (Headless X) for about 8 months in 1995. I think it is a very pleasant town and although there aren't that many amenities it is better than some places. I enjoyed going for a pint to The Gate and liked the Indian restaurants. I guess for younger people there isn't much but my nightlife consisted of going for a pint or something to eat and there is plenty of choice. I also liked the people and don't think I knew or was aware of anyone I didn't like. I had to move back to Scotland as I couldn't get a job but I really do hope to return someday to live.
  • Proper Redditch people, finding green areas, east access to beer, food and women.
  • Mmmm..again I'm pushed. It was fun when I was a kid but it scares me now. Everyone wants a fight. I like Astwood Bank and Alvechurch though.
  • Like the city, it's fairly anonymous. There's miles and miles of beautiful woods and forests to lark about in. Some great country pubs to waste away the hours in. Actualy, the best thing about Redditch, is that there's so many shit things, it makes you want to rebel and excel, escape it's tractor-beam pull and do something with your life. Remember kids, all rock'n'roll is suburban...
  • What best things?
  • To that person from Bath - are you talking about a different Redditch to everyone else?!?!
  • the best things about redditch...... let me see.....well, obviously goin out wiv my great mates and gettin bladdered. dont matter where you go as long as you have great mates!!!
  • Very close to Birmingham, which obviously has lots of amenities, good nightlife etc. Lots of woods etc, countryside just outside town (and in it in places) if that takes your fancy.
  • the highest pregnancy rate in europe the highest crime rate in England needles
  • Going out wiv your mates and getting completly rat arsed then walking back home and gettin a fat pizza from pizza connection!
  • The spider frames in the mass lush green belt (which stretches virually north/ south through the whole of Redditch).
  • The designer clothes at Allders
  • Everyone likes to hammer till they pass out.
  • I live in Bath. I've been to Redditch a couple of times and the main thing that I noticed is that all the people in Redditch are so friendly. Well done people, it's nice to go somewhere where you don't get a mouthful from some skinhead because you looked at him too long!
  • Lots of roads so easy to get outta there
  • Lots of Greenery, the people are not too bad. Although the driving is bad it could be worse. Quite close to Birmingham so go there for serious shopping and clubbing. Typical New Town - take that how you will.
  • I don't understand the concept. An awful town with no redeeming features.
  • The local graffiti artists they once wrote all over a bus "FOOK OFF" (nice grammer lads)!
  • The stupid railway company make it impossible to buy a ticket after about 7p.m., and if the guard forgets his machine, it can be a free ride up to Birmingham/ Sutton/ Lichfield!!!
  • Shopping Centre Sports Facilties Greeness of the town Roads - big dual carriageways everywhere Near to laods of better places - Birmingham, Stratford, Worcester
  • car park 7
