• Sicilly Pizza on Hewell Road is a absolute dump i had food poisoning for 5 days off one of there burgers, and i know several other people that have had similar problems after buying food from there, it is on the site of the old petrol station and if you look outside you can usually spot a few rats running about too, do yourself a favour and never go there.
• That phat internet cafe in town
• The unicorn cafe
• the new muffin shop!!! muffins bigger than your two fists WARM!! double chocolate or mars bar ones are the best
• More and More asian takeawyas and restuarants in the down town areas, provided a great reason to hang down town for the asian massive, gives a great taste to the place - literally.
• there is LOADZ! all around town u will find them! there is a new 1 bi the bus station.
• the lake, errm poppins up town
• Starbucks-wherever you can find one.I started visiting these in New York,and found they are exactly the same over here.Delicious coffee and a prime people-watching opportunity.(we all do it)
• a new one just opened in the centre right next to the toilets and believe me it is as bad as it sounds, i walked past the other day and was definately not gonna stop when i smelt the lovely aroma.
• I wanted to open a coffee shop in Redditch when I was growing up, thought it would go down a bomb. In hindsight I've realised it would have to sell cider and Silk Cut, and you'd need a bouncer. How asd...
• Scandalously few decent cosmopolitan cafes. I mean proper ones, that serve focaccia, french toast, turkish toast, lattes, thickshakes, frappes, eggs benedict, etc. They're all greasy spoon joints with a menu of 'fry-up' and 'cake', variety unspecified.
• poppins rocks!! you can sit and have a fag and a chat, while you enjoy great food, good for when you have a hangover, a greasy breakfast for £1.20, excellent!!!!
• we have hoards there is poppins which is great for a cheep tasty meal and of course macky dees
• well if you are fond of coffee that tastes like bovril, there are plenty of trailers situated around town.
• Poppins is good for a chat & a fag wiv ya mates, cheap and friendly!
• if you smoke the only place to do it is Peacocks unless you want to eat on a balcony outside of dinaways with the blue rinses or tesco cafe
• Druckers is nice if you want a break from the continuous fast food
• Druckers KING OF CHICKEN CROSSIONT (sp)
• None of any repute.
