Cafes and Coffee Shops
  • Cafe Piazza in the Belfry is now under new management (Apr 2011). WI-FI is available for customers. Food quality also improved somewhat, with a new THICKSHAKES machine and burger meals on the menu. The flavoured coffee is a new addition too. I tried mine with the roasted hazelnut flavouring and am now hooked.
  • No Pizza Express:-( go to Purley!
  • All crappy
  • How many cafes and coffee shops are there?
  • danny's opposite burger king - run by Fred - he's the man been doing this shit since i was a kid.
  • None, now that Fortes/Cafe Belfry has gone.
  • Why not try the Belfry cafe on station road. Here you can buy a wide range of (somewhat small and expensive) snacks served by some very young staff. The food is quite good and its not a bad place but it does have the disadvantage that its a favourate hang out of some of the most bitter of redhill's residents, who spend each day there complaining about imagined slights on their character and their on-going feuds. (sample: "yeah, he was sending texts to my girlfriend at the time, about oh, eight years ago, i mean she said theyy were just friends but i was always suspicious and he always gives me dodgy looks since that and apparently last month he said that i was a... ")
  • Don't go to Cafe Piazza to eat! Drinks are great, food gets dropped on the floor then served. Biscuits have maggots in them....promise.
  • Cafe Piazza in the Belfry is really the only decent place around......with some hot people working there (keep youe eyes peeled for the blonde Rachel, Kayleigh and Amy)
  • The coffee and sandwich shop is brilliant!
  • Benjy's
  • I recently discovered the Coffee shop and Bistro, up the stairs near the library, inside the Harlequin Theatre. The people are really nice, the food is excellent and reasonably priced. Lunchtime talent is great coz you get a lot of people from the offices coming in!!
  • Ho Sete in the Belfry. Expensive but at least it's real coffee, unlike the Belfry Cafe.
  • Harlequin Coffee shop open every day, Benjy's by tru-fi, some stinky place in the harlequin, and the one next to clippers.
  • Try sitting outside the Balcony cafe in the Belfry on a Saturday (it's the only place you're allowed to smoke) and watch the world go by. It will put you off your food.
  • a few, a couple do sell nice rolls and sarnies the one opposite the Belfry is particularly good.
  • Ho Sete in the Belfry sell the most delicious Cappuccino Cake ever!
  • In the Belfry and next to the Heart charity shop.
  • Cafe belfry formerly the Milk bar on station road
  • Numerous seedy little places in the Belfry; decorated in pastel hues. Most of them do a good cup of cappuchinno, though.
