Cafes and Coffee Shops
- HOW BOUT A BMX'ERS / SKATEBOARD'ERS (SPECIALIST)
- The Puccino's in Reigate High Street is a great place for a nice cup of coffee and a bite to eat. Friendly staff, great coffee and food at a very good price. Oh and a great atmosphere to!
- no trendy coffee shops here only crappy rouge for coffee
- Reigate offers some really great cafes such as Pucinno's, Mimi's, Farber Cafe and there are a few others I just cant remember the name.
- Munchies cafe by the station is good. Especially if you have the munchies.
Don't bother with Coughlans, their staff are rude and mean.
Two of my friends got barred for apparently "spreading rumours about staff"... what! They'd only been in there three times. Point being the woman was a total chavvy type.
- Cafe Rouge
- Has quite a few places where you can sit outside and 'watch the world go by'. Hot spots: Cafe Rouge, The Cage or even the back garden upstairs in The Market on lazy afternoons.
- quite a few but all quite snobby like pretty much all the businesses in Reigate are.
- Feeling hungry recently on a rare trip to to Reigate was forced to search high and low for a decent "greasy spoon" style cafe where I could procure myself some traditional hearty english fare. Obviously as this is Reigate and the inhabitants disdain such obviously proletarian cuisine we were forced to stop at the "Cafe Rouge" a french style eatery complete with authentic snotty french waiters. Was stared at incomprehensibly by the waiter when we asked for two english breakfasts ("le petit dejeuner anglais" on the menu) even more shockingly failed to understand what a "cup of coffee" was when we were asked what we like to drink. It's shocking to think that illegal immigrants from Africa and Eastern Europe eager to to sample our culture, language, customs, prosperity and liberties are locked up in prison camps whilst Gallic visitors are allowed to roam freely pretending not even to understand the most basic terms of the English language.
- Best is probably Brents in the High Street, a decent snack can also be had at Cafe Rouge, for those on a budget Safeway's cafe is excellent value for money!
