- The people of the rhondda are friendly and helpful ... well most are. The mountains are dominating and awesome.
- going out of the rhondda
- Loadsa sex
car slapping
- Views from the mountains.
- The people, the community spirit, that is good everywhere, including Penrhys. Don't knock this estate, most of the people are genuine and really nice, but like all council run estates some rubbish have been dumped there, like druggies!!!!
- Tynewydd Triangle
- the friendly sheep. wonder why that is?
the fact you can steel a car, drive it up a mountain and burn it out (its a way of life )

- I used to visit there in my youth.

- under aged drinking
- gigs at ystrad labour
- Pop Factory, the Feeda... can't think of anywhere else dammit.
- the best thing about the valleys are the valleys! i wouldnt move from here for all the money in the world, its a real community spirited place and everbody knows everybody - it the best place to be despite the way people slag it off. its home and home is where the heart is and mine is definately here in the rhondda.
- the best things about the rhondda are the fact that we are a whole community! everybody knows everybody and we are all willing to lend a help in hand when needed. there are some special places in the rhondda that share memories with me such as the tylorstown tip and tylorstown primary school. the rhondda may not be a key place to outsiders but to me and to the rest of its residents its speical because its where we belong!
- The Rhondda Valley still has a good community spirit. There are lots of people trying to better themselves and make the area a nicer place to live and bring up children. We have cheap housing and are our infrastructure means we can commute to jobs outside the Valleys.
- i grew up there it was my home and will always be, the mountains cos me and my dog can escape from all the scumbags in Pandy
- The road coming out of Cwmparc was the best thing ever built in the
Rhondda Valley.
- Cheap skag! (Pentre flats), Cheap cider! (Pentre Spar), Cheap women! (Pentre Labour)
- Therss loads of young slappers about who love giving head in the Gully! Great stuff!!
- My days in Rhondda are best remembered whilst listening to (rare) Complex Animals bootlegs recorded in the Prince of Wales, Treorchy. The Complex Animals where slightly off the rails but they done a better rendition of 'I hate Nerys Hughes' the Half Man-Half Biscuit could ever do. Sadly, the band broke up after their subversive activities come to the attention of the law. Will the Prince ever be the same again? I doubt it.
- Tonypandy comprehensive for its original outlook on life and its teaching stance - if they dont get it fuck 'em.Ps I've seen Dennis Truscott blotto in the Headmasters office making funny noises to, so whats that about? Clarkey's wonderfull moving lips, corpral CLARKE!
- waking up on a sunday and realising the thing next to u is female and quite fit
- gettin pissed & crawling home!
- Some days it doesn't rain.
- Leisure time - we are so successful here that NOBODY has to work! Yes, it's
true, no work means we have loads of time for drinking ourselves to death and
taking heroin in Pentre flats. Fucking great, mine's a pint, GMTV is about to
finish and Colombo is on at 2 followed by Ready, Steady, Cook! Ah, dole life.
- The amusing habit of the inhabitants of Treherbert's Ranch estate of burning any
building in town that is unoccupied for more than 1 day. Recent triumphs include
the hospital (three times), The Dunraven (twice), someone's house (can't remember
who), the mountain (about 100 times every summer) and about half the Ranch.
Treherbert's low population means that there are about 3 fires per head of
population every year.
- Being blotto
- The Baglan's Beer garden
- Strongbow super - best price at Donald's in Gelli
- The road and rail network out of the Rhondda
- the best things around here are all the good looking men
- THE OLD PUB AT THE TOP OF CLYDACH
- shagging sheep up the mountain !!! getting blotto and slagging around
- Pandy Inn, Ruff cider, murders, skinheads,
- hanging around getting blotto
- The people, the sheep, the chemistry between the people and the sheep.

- Friendly people, Pretty Mountains
- TON PENTRE THE BULLDOGS WINNING THE CC SPORTS WELSH LEAGUE, A FORWARD THINKING COMMITTE WOULD TAKE THEM INTO THE LEAUE OF WALES!!!!
- Without a doubt the people , If the Rhondda continues it decline , then the people and only the people can energise the place.
