• the plougmans in ponty is ok, the lodge dus good food, the bertie definatley, NOT HERITAGE PARK!used to wrk4 them, crap!!!!treatd me like shit
• No Starbucks in sight sorry. Frozen tasteless food is what you get.

• I reckon Conty's is the best fish bar the Rhondda for fags after 10pm
• Mandys Pantry (aka Marocs) brill pizzas & food there & its open till late! i like it!
• Choke and chomps all around. Great cheap meal in Ynyshir
• Fat Bastards, Gelli's very finest slap up grill. Cheap too.
