  • Pop Factory is a good addition to the Rhondda. Easily accessible from anywhere in the Rhondda as it's in Porth (gateway). Local bands, famous bands, and a bit of everything really.
  • The Rhondda Hotel Porth, on a friday night is the main place for good live music. And the Whyndam Con Club every Wednesday, Weekly night run by Poisoned Whiskey Records. Top local and national bands!

  • hmmm There's the Pop Factory in Porth which has really put the place on the map! It's cool whether you're into Hear'Say or cheesy crap like that- they get some good shit like Feeder and Phonics, though.
  • The pop factory in Porth is the music place of the valleys hosting bands like S club 7 and blue! hosted by a valleys boy - who could ask for more?

  • The Malsters Arms in Pontypridd is a good place for live bands. You may find some workingmens clubs which have the odd good band

  • Pencelli Hotel, Treorchy has bands regularly now. Nobody else seems to bother.

  • NUM club or, the Naval Club both in Tonypandy. Good beer, not bad bands and easy to obtain women.
  • Treorchy rugby club seems to be the place where all the up and coming bands choose to play look out for gigs there
