• I was going to say there are no decent clubs in Rochester but looking at the comments it seems everyone, or nearly everyone (because they must be getting their customers from somewhere) knows that.
• quick tour of rochester, strood and chatham nightclubs... amadeus... awful, big, roudy, full of 15 yr olds... in fact if you are 15 and want to go somewhere you are garenteed to get in go here. casino... tacky, chavvy, sticky floors (aand sofas) but quite good fun always best on a thursday which is quiet but v cheap and very good fun (say its your hen night or b'day and you get a free bottle of v nasty champagne) manor club... for indie kids and grungers v good laugh although i dont really recommend for anyone over 20 as you WILL feel old. Pulse.. all they sell is water... nuff said... like drugs go here. Thats about it really not rock the world type venues but alot of fun all the same! (oh and if you are gay theres a wicked pub called the Riverside tavern by the train station in strood which on a wednesday night do a thing that you wear numbers and if someones interested they put your number on a note and stick it to a notice board and then the message gets read out... v fun and im not even gay!!) xx

• amadeus is not crap lyk ever1 ses it is a reli gud nite out it has cheap drinks good music and da bouncers r not rude they jus have a sense of humor and the place is full of buff lads so thats a plus!!!
• my dad is 52 and im 19, we were at casino a couple of months ago and the bouncers put gloves on and pushed to the ground and kicked my dad in the face. they then dragged him out back and beat him whilst one smashed me. people that work there say there security staff are fair but that is because they are not on the recieving end of their steel toe cap shoes. all it boils down to is they are mainly fat wankers with egos to match their bellys. steer well clear its full of immigrants to..........

• Seriously Ama - where do i start? the bouncers r so techy!! say one thing, the next min ur out!! take this for instance, me n my friend went to ama (I live bout 40 min drive away from it) by a minibus wid bout 25 of our mates! we were in the q and once of the dike bouncers decided to tel us to 'get ova dere', we did but asked y, then we were muckin bout wid one of the bouncers avin a larf n all that then the next minute he told us to fuck off and go in, we went in then the next minute we were being chucked out!! thanfully i managed to get a lift home but i was not too happy at all - they told us we were being rude but in fact the bouncers r the rudest wankas in dere!! dey r wel ugly too!! plus all de blokes rekon dat u want em wen dey r all wel ugly too!! seriously dat place is bad man, DO NOT GO TO AMADEUS its shit!!!! completely crap, the music is ok but dat bout it oh yea the drinks r cheap but only get bottles as pints n wine r watered down. peace - Charlie ;-) - Cat - if u ever read this, I have love 4u lots of love Charlie
• i went to amo the other night for the first time as its known by many i have to agree with so many ppl the place is full of little girls and under dressed over gelled boys. glass all over the dance floor and know one to pick or clear it up. dont even get searched by anyone at all place is a disgrace. ive heard so many storys at how bouncers are just gagging for a fight and girls beng man handled by the bouncers i mean like pulling by their hair out of the place avoid !!!!
• don't go to the casino rooms ,my son went to a 50s night dressed in 50s garb as asked ,tee shirt shlotte leather jacket 50s american basket ball shoes he and all others dressed in same manner barred for wareing trainers . dim aarron stone and dim doormen ,proof you can be as thick as a brick and still use other peoples money to make a buck. dont go there.

• Just a big hello to all firstly! I was a guest at Aaron stones night club in rochester the other week and to my disgrase i saw the most violent action come from a bouncer! A young gentalmen was in the toilets being sick and when another gentalmen saw this he offered his help. a bouncer then enters the toilets grabes the helper and very aggressivly and violently removes him from the building with no expination. when i then go to question his actions i get a load of abuse and threatening behaviour from the other bouncers in his staff! want my advise dont go Aaron Stones casino rooms the bouncers are basically bullies!
• hey, i also work at casino rooms and i love working there, my staff are great and although the customers can be a handful, they also no how to treat a girl. keep my tips cumin in guys! i work upstairs on main bar, cum c me! hehe! neways ye, there can b a cuple of fights in there but they last no longer then lyk 5 seconds coz our bouncers are bang on it! and whoever thinks there clever cussin amadeus, look mate shut ya mouth! if u dnt like it, dont go there, simple as init? corr! i lyk it, i go every tuesday, as i work on friday and saturday nyts i av to gt out sumtimes! anyways ye u lot cum ere, chek it out im sure ur gna ava very gd time! hope to c u all soon! take care, aimee!! xx
• well i went to Casinos once! and that was enuf to turn me off that place! geezas sniffin charlie in the rooms no1 lookin out or caring jus doin wot they do and dont 4get the fat old mums and dads who go der to pull and the music is rubbish! if you want a good night out head to maidstone deffo! not here!

Amadeus is a great place to go out if your quite young, cheap drinks and fit birdz. a few problems, it gets very packed, everyones looking for a fight and the bouncers are cokeheads who are well racist and love having fights with youngsters...Casino on the other hand is great!! do what you want and you have no worries, a much better nite out and u get the chance to pull a MILF, cant b that bad can it lol....desi dave

• i go to casino rooms every friday other than the odd pleb that don't take no for an answer i think it is a good club to go to it's cheep and we go to the wether spoons first as it's cheep for vodka and redbull pitchers then we go to casino's it is a good night there unless you go there you won't know i'm 26 and been to ikons and pulse i do like the music they play but at casino's you can shake it and love it if you like r'n'b and garage they are quite up to date with their music but i wouldn't sudgest to go up stairs as they play that anoying song crazy frog alot and it makes you feel like a kid but in the main room it's quite good
• Amedeus is a crap hole. its too full n u get crushed if you try to move let alone dance. it's a great place 2 go if u wanna be sexualy harassed by people dat r lyk 25. da foam is disgusting coz its got bits in n coz der is so many people u cant get out of it n u swallow most of it. it tastes manky. most people dat go in are already drunk out of der heads. der is fag buts n smoke everywhere. its not really a nice place to go. if you lyk accidently touch sumone dey wanna start a fight wiv u n its qt scary rlly. its full of chavs too. • CASINO is the worst club in Kent!!! Its so bad that the Manager Damion Wright has to write nice comments about the club on this site! wot a loser! Also Aaron does not drive a Jeep he has a converible BMW. Casino tried to be updated which was a waste of money as the doormen still let in mingers, and refugees!! most of the doormen r on charlie or speed so looking for a fight which happens EVERY nite. Be warned that you can get beaten up by doormen round the back of the club away from the police cameras!! If u go enjoy the sticky floors,underage drinkers and c if u can tell which members of staff r shagging each other!!!
• the casino rooms, amadeus (crapagayus!) is remarkably ok on a tue nite.. fishes at 2 tho.., the tap, the manors ok if your into rock, pulse is the scaryest place EVER.. id fully advise you to visit the tap and tin...
• Not exactly in Rochester but well known by locals are the Manor Club and Oasthouse. Also Bar M and Tap N' Tin for the alternative crowd mainly.
• Go to Rochester High Street. Draw out £50.00 go to the Wetherspoons with some mates. Get a round of double Vodka and Redbulls each for £2.50 a go. Upon consumption go out and turn right until you come accross the epicentre of entertainment in the UK - Arron Paul Stones (CASIBO'S!!!). Go to the door on the corner and save a 10 minute conversation about some bored housewives dress sense. Once inside bottles of Bud or Smirnoff ice must be accompanied by shots of Sambucca to experience the full force of this awsome extravaganza. If your a poser or non drinker avoid this hole like the plague. Late night entertainment is provided by means of a street performance of the film 'Fight Club' in the car park oposite. You will not top this for an evening of drunken shinnanigans anywhere else within a 20 mile radius, as at 14/01/05. You knoe it makes sense.

• casino rooms in rochester is the place to be it used to have a bad reputation but now its wicked i go every weekend. in all three rooms theve got sumthink u like. the security are gr8 they look out for every1 and the prices are brilliant, also there are quite a few hot lookin men in there what more can u ask for lol.
• aaron stones is the only club in rochester but its so pap its unbelievable talent, stips and tight skirted hippos are the meal of the day here, although aaron drives a wicked jeep though.
• tap'n'tins good if u like the authentic huuge building, long tables, quaffing back snakebite-blacks all night. you feel like a viking. well, i do.
• Best underground club in Kent especially first saturday of month must be Pulse on the High St Chatham - good vibes, great music & really scuzzy. Lovely
• manor club! it rocks!! along towards chatham.... near secrets ( which is a gay bar, but a vey nice one) it doesnt look like your average club. it is down a set of stairs and then the bouncers kind of take you by surprise! but the atmosphere is good and the drink is cheap. the music is metal and rock. (there are two rooms) strictly no chavs!!!! guaranteed a good night!
• Amadeus is quite possibly the WORST club i have EVer been to!! Getting in we did not even get searched - which means any of the reprobates in there could have been carrying anything! I was also quite suprised not to get id'd because although I am 22, I don't look much older than 16. There are way too many people in that dump - surely they dont have a license to hold that many ppl?! The first thing you will notice are the filthy sticky carpets which have broken glass and chewing gum embedded in them throughout the club! The sound system is abominable, you can barely tell what the tune is until the bassline kicks in. The dancefloor is just a sea of broken glass and bottles - so girls, wear strappy or open toe shoes at your own risk! The lights are shit as well, it's one of those clubs that is too dark, but has the most irritating constant flashing lights, there is nothing nice about this club at all. The toilets are revolting and all the pikey girls seem to think they can just march to the front of the queue cos they are wearing more gold than you. If you end up on the dancefloor below a podium - for God's sakes dont look up! I guarantee you the podium will be jam-packed with the most beastly girls you have ever seen wearing tiny skirts that really really don't cover their fat arses. As for the blokes in this club - they seem to think every ass is there for the pinching, this pigswill of a club is just one big meat market. Oh, and if you are hoping to get a drink in this hovel, be prepared for a long wait - the bars are severely understaffed (and then of course there's the pikeys pushing their way to the front again). And when you leave, be sure not to look at anyone for fear of being punched - there are plenty of local scummers gagging for a fight, and the usual fat slags dragging each other round by their hair! If you want my opinion, give this place a miss. And my advice to Amadeus:- Up the entry fee, and the price of the drinks - and then you can invest in some cleaners, bar staff, and a decent sound and lighting system. You will also get less pikeys if it's more expensive cos their benefits might not cover it then. x
• Amadeus across the river from the caslte. Grungers/ greeboes stay away...unless you want to return home fully clothed..chavs will burn as much of your clothing as possible. trendies/ chavs welcome by all means. dress to impress!! well, i do.

• The Casino Rooms seem to have a real name for themselves as a congregation spot for old slappers and pervy middle aged men. I must admit it's not the most sophisticated of places, but it plays a good range of garage/R n B tunes on a Saturday night and I have seen more fit young men in there that I could shake a stick at!
• i am an employee @ Aaron stones nightclub. I have worked there for several months and enjoy it considerably. The club as a whole is being transformed from a casino style cabaret rooms to a fully functioning nightclub. if u you was to go there you will see a great club with good prices and very limited trouble due to the very efficient but fair security. It is a safe place to go and there are some extremely attractive young men and women there, 4 a start i m there. I dont know how old ur description is but it needs updating. If u contct me on my above email address i can arrange 4 u to come along @ no entrance charge 2 see 4 urself. Over the next couple of wks there are some great changes and the place is in the latter stage of renovation. Vaentines day will be great i suggest u come along then, if ur not doing anything else. I might treat u 2 a rose, or something else!!! if ur lucky!!!
• old Subs in gillingham-good in its day but its goin down hill now. Still got its reguars, good if u wan hardcore shit in a kinda homely enviroment! Manors quite good, if ur trashed. but they took away the big dancin platforms n now dere shit,it does play wide selection of music, az a rock room 2.

• Why I was contacting. Casino rooms has a Fri and sat, all you can drink for the enterence fee (15 quid) Peacefull place with slightly older clientel (22-35). When upstairs is open get your price included hot food, then make the most of the room. Good laugh for big groups. Manor.(Chatham) Moody bouncers, need to be a studant or look like one. Have needed membership cards of late. (Blag & sign up inside). Funky indie beat with rock room for some real mushing. Amadaus: Perpose built £4 taxi from Rochester,loads of parking. Aircon and dress classy or slutty. Lot of 18-22 whose mum is picking them up laters. VIP lounge spotting Martin Greco ect. Good laugh for ladies group. Men, if you have an ego, stay at home, no room for it here!
• Subsonics is dark, dirty and always turns the bottom of your jeans a murky red colour!! But we love going coz Its the only club you can go to where there is hardly ever any trouble. Unless any dance freaks have wandered in by mistake. You can spot one coz they are always wearing a checked Ben Sherman shirt, sensible trousers and either loafers with a big buckle or white Reebok Classics. Girls turn up with silly little shoes on and something which resembles a hanky and a belt!

• bar rio - cool lively place to go not open that late but good atmosphere. did have a bad reputation but is becomin a new nightspot!! amadeus - a lot of out of towners travellin on coaches to come down to 1 of our clubs r they insane chatham has never been good. good night out more expensive n out of the way

• Subsonic/Indiependance or whatever they call it. We all call it Skanks as it's dirty and full of rockers with their tops of, but there are cutey indie boys. You feel quite old there now as you meet all these kids there that you were a prefect over in school and they all call themselves Mods!

• There's the Casino Caberet rooms... Good if you like Mike Reid and Jim Davidson's stand-up comedy routines... If you want something more upbeat, then walk over the bridge into Strood and turn left at McDonalds.. Walk for about 15 minutes and you arrive at Amadeus nightclub. Always full of badly dressed girls, and guys looking for a fight.
