wathing the ducks run across the road by the reservoir during summer. watching them swim across main road when it floods(usually springtime)
Watching the Southend Air Show flying very low over your garden, especially Red Arrows. even better view from Ann Boleyn pub front garden
- community feel, very laid back feeling.
50 mins from london on train, but within 5 mins walk, you are in the wheatfields, and along the river, where you can relax and do what you please, no one bothers you!
- The people. You've got to admit, once you've met them you'll never forget them. We are a kind and friendly bunch, and once you get used to our strange and old fashioned ways you'll grow to love us.
