• Snafu is ultimately the best drinking hole in Rotherham - that's classic rock, metal, goth and everything else alternative, depending on what night you go. Good cocktails too! Voodoo Cellar was nice, but the music wasn't what people wanted (Jazz and Blues) and it closed :(

• the storm nightclub on ship hill rotherham also has live bands every month starting with alexanders palace on wednesday 16 feb and the bigger the crowd the bigger the band so if you want to see all the big bands live give them your support doors open 9 pm till 2 am all drinks £2.50

• The Zone & 5th Avenue is reopening in November 2004 as Liquid & Diva with 3.5m refurb. Once open, it'll be the largest Liquid in the UK. It's gonna be so good, it'll shut those wankers at The Beach down. Best of luck to Club Envy tho cos they're tryin' pretty hard. Been nice knowin ya Beach! I've heard Job Seekers Allowance isn't very much nowadays. Come on Liquid, let's fuckin have it!

• The old Emporium is re-opening the end of may 2004 under the new name 'The Underground', completely new management etc, lots of varied nights including a very good hard dance night (so i'im told) and maybe one or two live bands every now and again for something different.
• Storm!! AKA Hole in the wall - Younger generations start off there weekly clubbin habits in this mini burrow but soon learn they need to get their asses 2 BEACH!

• beach is the best club in the whole world- great music, great drinks nice atmosphere. it gets a bit busy and the drinks aren't cheap but compared to wot it used 2 b (the new york), it's a fuckin mansion!
• If youre after a cheap n cheesy night out with no trouble and a lot of laughs get down to rotherham on a monday nite, EVERYWHERE is cheap. newest club is The beach and newest pub is litten tree. beach is great and cheap and full of gogeous, half naked men!
• Albion Road Club, always a good "turn" Friday nights and Harry the steward keeps his beer spot on.
• Obvious choice for Monday nights is The Zone - quite studenty and guaranteed at least a couple of decent records throughout the night. Stay away from there on Saturdays though, if you are predisposed to looking anywhere other than your shoelaces. Esay to get a fight if you want it.
• The clubs in rotherham are developing, there is no longer kiss, there is quite a few good bars which stay open to 2. classy!! Cafe de Paris - nightclub above this which is so nice inside, mo@zeppa, Bar one, and an old fav elliots. sheffield is good if you have the cash for a taxi but you can't fault a night out in rotherham - TRY IT U MAY JUST LIKE IT!!!!!!!!!!
• Get a damn bus and go to Gatecrasher in Sheffield!!! Every Saturday!

• Has anybody been to The Florence on Moorgate? Its supposed to be a good night out for people over 18, if ur expecting this then take some 13 year old kids with u and u will feel more in place.Try the Masons in Wickersley thats the livliest place in Rotherham.

• The Zone night club-not bad for a little place, Monday is the cheapest night but it brings with it the dreaded student but it's ok for for guys after a bit of jail bait. Check local papers for free drinks. Foam and prize nights fun. H20-Too small and too loud. Use to be called Hadleys it was ok then.

• Mozzepa has just opened in rotherham, but its not great, best place still has to be the ZONE, but why does it shut at 2!!! best bet is sheffield in the Niche, WOW, or Kingdom, dancing till the early hours :)

If your looking for a good time during the week come to the Brush and Easel. Ladies night on Tuesday, fun fortunes quiz on Wednesday and Sunday and a karaoke night on Saturday. Cheapest drinks around.Find this excellent place on Fleming way.
