- The Rothesay Pavilion, the weather, the Glasgow yobs, The Academy
- Winter when the sky comes down to sit on top of the water, all the holiday homes are empty, the hotels and restaurants shut, the pubs full of depressed Scots Nats and the ferry isn't running. That's the time to get to Spain, Australia...anywhere!
- the lack of good worth while shops!!!
- when the ferry's are called off and you cant leave its the fuckin worst ever a got stuck at new year and u dont want to be stuck up ballochgoy in the fuckin pissin rain with a hangover for any longer than need be goddamit its pissin me off thinkin about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- There is no permanent marina moorings,I wish the inner harbour could be developed.
- The nutter with the moustache in The Grapes who cued an innocent bystander during a poll table brawl. Tsk, tsk.
- Rothesay rumours - reports of people's deaths can be greatly exaggerated.
- The Ferry on to it !!!!!
