Dancers from across the Globe will descend on Cheshire to compete at the 'UK Star Studded Championships held at Northwich Memorial Hall on the 1st,2nd & 3rd of August.

This is the first time this venue will be used to hold this event, the Saturday evening includes a Modern Jive & West Coast Swing Freestyle.

    as far as i know the Bywater family owned the pub from 1690s to about 1822 then a george fowkes owned it he married Ann Bywater so may have got it through marriage. ROTHLEY&THURCASTON NEEDS ACCESS TO BT BROADBAND by John Bell (Member 10091031) on 3-Mar-2003
People in Thurcaston & Rothley should register with BT for Broadband as the Rothley exchange requires upgrading and BT won't do it until there is a sufficient demand - great service what?

There is a BT website to encourage people to register their interest in Broadband -there is no obligation in registering but it would help if only people with a genuine desire for Broadband do so.

I am searching for my half brother who would be approx. 56 - 57 yrs of age now. During WWll, 1943 - 44, my father, Robert "Gordon" Cole, was stationed at Aldershot as a gunnary instructor with the Canadian Armored Corps. While there he went into London on his leaves and wether it was there or in Aldershot, he met a love. Her name could possibly be Emma, although we are not quite sure on this name.... more >>
