- sounds expensive is the only one now freeman and neal has closed down
- a place that should be burnt down, god knows how it survives, next to gas street, ha, i'm surprised it hasnt been burnt down
- th mini music shop near the strand is really good, really good selection and the guyss in there really know what they're talking about.

- freeman and neale for all your classical needs an sounds by the market for guitars/strings blabla.
- freeman and neils. near the (who can spell this anyway) gyratery system & the half moon.
- One top of Lawford road, run by nearly-deads but "Yes we DO have electrical guitars...." another on Clifton Rd....wierd looking shop...classical music CD/electric guitar vendor. Seem to have themed window displays...marraccas 'n' tambourine September, Drums of Africa, October....MARVELLOUS.
- Freeman & Neale is the only store to be seen in for the discerning instrumentalist. They have a very useful order service for the obscure stuff!
- Freeman and Neale, Lawford Road. Good noticeboard for every type of music and musician, bands etc.
