- All naff, very village type people might like them, but if you have a life then stay clear
- Welcome Inn, irchester road is well worth a try, also Wheatsheaf on high street south.
- Arbuckles in Rushden is no longer 'a dump'. It;'s the best pub for entertainment in the town. Live bands on Thursday, House and Garage disco on Friday and Saturday, Karaoke on Sunday, Live football on the big screen, Greene King IPA @ £1.20 a pint and its a lot of fun!

- The oakley arms. The greatest pub in Rushden. It has some local bands on every now and then. This is where you'll find most skaters after a hard days skating.
