Pubs
- The Marine - despite having zero money spent in the last 30 years (when was flock wallpaper fashionable again?) apart from the raised up bit, it continues to do exactly what it says on the Tin. The only place where bar-staff stay till retirement age! And they still do that cheap 2 beers offer, can't be bad.
Back Alex - The Old reliable. Usually aggro-free because incomers can't find it.
Windsors - Open late and the rare chance to meet women.
Vic - Bands of various quality, also see above.
- here we go ,,,,,the legion,,,i was a member when i was 16,lol,,,,i gave me bro's name and d.o.b...lol
- queen
- the vic
- Best pint is in the Marine. Others cheeper but crapper. Bankside like the younger crowd.
- Marine is still a bit of a classic although the crowds in there these days are a bit dead. Winsors is where the posers go.It's all MDF and bright lights but yet it's something different for Saltburn.Avoid the Bankside at all cost.
- the ship inn
- saltburn's okay if you dont mind being felt up by loads of old fading arcade boys!

- The Marine for the best of the best of the youth culture
