The Knowhere Guide

The Worst Things in Sandy, Bedfordshire*

The entirely missable and worth mentioning because of it

You can tell us more about Sandy.

The Worst Things
  • The nearby escape routes (A1, direct trains to London twice an hour) are rarely used by anyone so most locals just stay in Sandy. Forever. If you leave and go back for a visit you will be branded a stuck up deserter. Oh dear.
  • Dirty skivs. The stink.
  • Nothing to do here - teenagers hanging around bored out of their minds - we want bowling alleys, nightclubs, cinemas, decent shops and good pubs and we want them NOW!!!!!! Actually, it'd probably just be easier to move!
  • Massive new housing estates being built too far from the town centre, not enough shops and decent pubs.
