Anybody there ever heard of Jim Throssell. Thats's me. I lived there for 22 years and then moved to Woodlands in 1970. Used t work at Syd Plumbs garage if you remember that, and Thompson of Doncaster. Lived all over the world after that including Scotland, Saudi, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and at present Thailand. You may have heard of xmas street in thurnscoe, at xmas we had a terrible fire on our street and sadly lost two children. We have now heard of quite a few fires in local areas and we have found that there is no help fire victims.
