The Best Things in Seaford, East Sussex*
If you're around, be sure to check these things out
You can tell us more about Seaford.
The Best Things
- Walks, countryside, tennis courts, two golf courses
- Best friends leaping out of windows to get away from stalking Head Masters! Great lads with a sense of humour that only comes from surviving the experience of growing up in Seaford! Full moons on summer nights over the sea..
- the beach
- my swiming pool
- the beach is ok but not very exciting.
- our homes
- The Sea which is clean, uncluttered, easy to park near, and not full of so called trendies thinking they're it. It's nice atmostphere,it's slightly bohemian air - and it's very individual housing.
- quiet and peacefull with good access to the country and Brighton for the party animals.
- Pretty chilled out in the summer, never far from the beach. Sitting down the Salts watching the cricket on a Saturday, then going for a dip in the sea.
- We have a leisure centre for all age groups that covers all sorts from fitness to a coffee. The upper school lets locals use its swimming pool. The leisure centre caters for the children when on holidays with varied activities. The beach is clean and we have parks around for the children.
- The Sea and the Sun
- the beach,the bikinis,the sunsets,plenty of countryside in easy reach,its not Newhaven
- It's small. It's between Brighton and Eastbourne in East Sussex and it lives in the shadow of both of them. It is by the sea, but has more pebbles than sand. It has a Martello Tower (there's a museum in the Martello Tower with lots of UK ephemera).
- Seaford is an ideal base for the famous Seven Sisters Country Park and the South Downs Way. It is perfect walking country and has some terrific accommodation addresses, us included, check us out: Silverdale.
- Very nice walk from Seaford seafront to West Dean, impressive view from Seaford Head (from the top of the cliff), beautiful view of the Seven Sister at the end of the walk (Cuckmere River estuary)
- There is a train outta there + the goths that sit outside The Downs Leisure Centre at 2.00am in the pouring rain in the bollock shrinking cold looking miserable for no apparent reason (you can laugh at them for fun).
- Some cool people, and nice local pubs
