  father told her before his death, that her father deposited two metallic
  Trunck Boxes containing $12.5million in a
  private security and safe deposit company here in Abidjan Cote
  d’ivoire. According to her, she said that her late father registered these
  Boxes as family valuable properties not as money for security reasons ,
  that the security company does not know the
  real contains of the Boxes. She showed me the relavant documents issued
  to her late father by the security company in the time of depostion of
  the Boxes . She told me that her late father planned to invest this
  money into Hotel business here in Abidjan b
  efore his death.
  She said that her father told her to look for a forieg partner who can
  help them to invest this money and take care of her and her younger
  ones. She came to me to help her locate for a foriegner who can help them
  with good faith, I told her that no on
  e can assist them without any comission, then we dioscussed to give you
  15% of the total amount of the money for you to assist them in this
  following ways:

  (1) To help them get resident permit to stay in your country.
