Cheap Food
- tsosan restaurant on south rd does a fantastic buffet meal for £5.50 during the day only slightly more in the evening. Food lovely staff are really helpful and friendly.
- Pitaras in Litherland. (The 51st State was filmed @ the chemist there!!)Nice Kebabs and Fried Chicken!!

- You have to try McDonalds on Moor Lane Crosby village the staff are fantastic and one young girl always shins above the rest, her name is Claire, that girl never stops smilling what a better place the world would be if that smile could be printed on every ones face!
- Carol in the Marine on South Road does great food at decent prices (she even catered for my wedding!) For really excellent fish and chips try The Bronte takeaway on Crosby Road North or it's sister, Emily's Restaurant round the corner (Don't forget to try the Haggis, it's something else!)
- Ko Sing Chinese Restaurant, Liverpool Road, Crosby
- Blues Bistro, Moor Lane, Crosby Village (good food evenings, excellent coffee and snacks daytimes, nice ambiance), next door to shop with good selection of fancy gifts, cards, etc
- Momtaj Tandoori, College Road, Crosby (excellent indian take-away)
- Satterthwaites, several shops locally (for super blackcurrant tarts and pork pies!)
