Cinemas
- plaza across frm library
- C.A.D.T (LIVERPOOL, WOOD ST) Arty stuff, cheap interesting, near good pub(THE SWAN)
- Support th Plaza community Cinema. Its old-fashioned but much more friendly than the big complexes.
- Waterloo now has a cinema.. The previously mentioned Apollo has become the plaza and is run as a charitable trust and needs all the help it an get it has a website but unfortunately i can't remember it
- The old picture house in Crosby has now opend as the Plazza it is run as a charity and has THREE screens!...
Also the baths (swimming) has been raised to the ground we hope the cash can be raised for a new pool asap as I hate swimming in the sea off Crosby!
- The Apollo has been reopened thanks to local support, make sure you try it out, the popcorn was always great and the balcony above the main screen is good for watching horrors/ thrillers on.
- Crosby Classic has 3 screens (and is a charitable trust!) The 12 screen Odeon On Dunningsbride road opens in Octone 1998
