Based in Formby, the company has published a number of books of poetry over the years and is currently in receipt of financial support from North West Arts Board. - Sefton is a suburb of Liverpool. Litherland is a small community (mild blue collar) in Sefton. It was at the Litherland Town Hall, sometime in the early 60s, that the Beatles (yup, the Beatles!), first performed in the UK using that name (previously known as the Beat Boys) after returning from their musical "apprenticeship" in Hamburg. It was a Thursday - the dances were always on a Thursday. Ask Paul McCartney... he'll confirm it's true. Otherwise, not much to say about the place. Paul McCartney will confirm that too (although, he did have a liaison there, which is said to have produced a male off-spring!)
