Arts, crafts and such
- Sheborne house offers amazing exhibitions, and workshops, with wold renowned artists often potraying thei work and skills. There is also a cute little art shop near the top of the highstreet.
- They do art exhibitions at Sherborne House which is by somerfields. There can be some cool stuff here, sometimes. They've had stuff by Y.B.A. Gavin Turk, the original Kid-A artwork and the interactive Hextatic game thing as well as other less well know artists.
- There is a small art gallery along South Street which has a couple of modern workd but don't run down there as you may be dissapointed
- Boring, Full of them!!
- Now if we are talking arty, cratfy shops etc here - Sherborne has it all! As a typical olde village, you can find everything from fancy fabrics, candles, and pictures to ornaments and hand-made stuff. The Melbury Gallery is a good spot at the bottom of the highstreet for something special, so to is the little white shop half way down on the right opposite Woolworths.
