- Town Weirdo's.
He call's himself Shadow, mostly found hanging out either around the police station weeing on the walls, or in the Mermaid pestering customers for a rollie. Can often be seen sipping out of a glass that has been left for over 3 hours. He claims to work in the Mermaid but in actual fact he collects glasses 6 nights a week and gets a fiver and a packet of nuts on a saturday night.
If you are in town just give shadow a yell and then you have a guide and all it will cost you is a fag.
- If you want to get away from the fast pace and buzz of most other towns Sidmouth will be up your street. Not everyone will like Sidmouth especially if you are young. But as you get older you appreciate the fact that Sidmouth has not moved on (unlike its beach). It is How Englan was 50 years ago. It is rather special
