- THE MICHAEL JACKSON MAN, always hanging about on the W12 BUS
- "Teresa the Geezer" - the former landlady of The George with a Baritone voice who once annouced the Sunday night quiz by saying that "there was nothing else to do on a Sunday night..... except possibly go up the forest and hang yourself"
Other than that not really - South Woodford is not that sort of area. There was a Big Issue seller outside Sainsbury's who managed to get a letter writing campaign running through the local paper after Sainsbury's tried to move him on.
- There aren't any really. No student bands busking or whatever this year.
