The Stuff We Can't Fit In Somewhere Else
  • Bagnglatown Eatery - Contemporary Indian cuisine...lovely food without any artificial colourings Call them on 01245 322 000
  • I'm great watch me, ill be on big screen soon!
  • Nigel Havers apparently has NEVER lived in SWF
  • Oh dear god, please tell me I'm not the only one who loathes 'quality publication' (sarcasm) The Focus? It looks as though it was knocked up by a bored accountant on his lunch break using a pirate copy of Microsoft Word, and the grammar and general quality of writing is akin to that of a dyslexic 9 year old. Not forgetting ground-breaking front-page headlines such as 'Santa Visits Little Angels Nursery' which was printed about 20th January last year. Wow, nothing gets past them does it? I could go on forever but I shan't...bring back the Informer, I plead with thee!
  • Woodham has just bween awarded Britains 33rd crappest town in a new book released. This quite shameful for such a young town, and a fairly nice area. The place had real potential once but when a place has been promised a swimming pool fr eighteen years by the council and a monstrosity of a lego bandstand and an unused park can be built instead you have to wonder. People on a whole are nice, and I think the main reason for vandalism and any other social problems is the lack of things to for youth, so to anyone older who might read this who thinks that we're all rebels without a cause, why not write to the council about improving facilities instead of wasting your time writing to the woodham informer.
  • smoke spots: radar, river
  • GO TO WWW.LITTLEBIKE.NET - SET UP BY PEOPLE IN SWF!!
  • Why do the drugged up teenagers hang about in the station carpark? Theres no trains at night so its not if their going to be hit by one.
  • forget the swimming pool! no1's gonna use it, ok lots of space over compass=skatepark? or a skaterink!
  • For Christ's sake, woodham is the town which spawned the zero society, the greatest band to have come from essex in the past ten years.
  • mr happy the childrens entertainer who was on blind date lives down my road!!!!!!!
  • we've got foot and mouth!
  • i also like monkeys
  • I like monkeys
  • for the ultimate read, check out the Informer for up-to-date news and stuff
  • Sweetheart Bar arranges for a charity band day usually on the bank holiday monday in May and August. It is held in the town centre and the bands use the BANDSTAND !! There are usually four local groups play and they are all excellent ! it makes a great afternoon - sitting inthe sunshine, sipping a bear and listening to some local bands.
  • swf represent!
  • why do we ahve so many skateboarders could some body please explain has it always been like this or did they just apper over night
  • Woodham is a nice enough place to live, if you don't require things to keep you occupied other than takeaways and parks. Sports Clubs are about, but the lack of evening venues (i.e. pubs, clubs) gives it a lack of community atmosphere. Not that I mind particularly, it's just Burnham-on-Crouch is a long way to go for a night drinking! We definitely need a Swimming Pool too, and fast!
  • Weird, unexplained landmarks: Radar Hill - what do they do up there - (X files theme plays). Also, when did those old shipwrecks at the creek get there?
