  • Fabric land in East street v. morish for anyone with customisation or textilesish tendencies.
  • The Civic Centre gallery really is good - very big with lots of changing exhibitions and loads of stuff by people tou've heard of, which is obviously essential.

  • Southampton City Art Gallery, off of Commercial Road, is world renowned for it's exhibitions. The John Millais Gallery, part of Southampton Institute, and the Hansard gallery, part of SOuthampton university, are also good. The Beartrice Royal in nearby Eastleigh also has a lot to offer.
  • Whitewoods in the city centre offers a range of DIY, Hobby and Doll's house bits & pieces. If you looking for something, it's always worth a try. 13 Civic Centre Road (opposite the Guildhall and KFC!)
