  • Desperate Dan were formed in 2007 by 5 guys who love to play Steely Dan songs. The repertoire is 50 to 60 % Dan and the rest is a cool mix of blues,funk and rock.Nice harmonies and virtuoso guitar and keyboards. The website is desperate-dan.co.uk

  • The Stix!!! Corinne Bailey Rae is now massive and how many dumb ass soton music fans missed seeing her in local venues when she was gigging with The Stix last year. Utter, Utter quality

In fact it's tree men with their shirts off so it's all seriously beautiful!! Harsh - www.harshpunk.co.uk Not as pretty but a great night for band/crowd banter and bouncing tunes in a stiff little fingers kinda way. And Doghouse. Only saw them once (covers pub band) but great stuff to dance along to on a friday night, don't even know if they're from round here. Aug 05
