- starbucks, costa coffee, loads all down Lord Street all you have to do is take a walk down there and take your pick
- lots of them just walk down eastbank street and you're bound to find one.

- There is quite a few in Southport. They have the likes of Cafe Nero and a Starbucks.
- Darcys Formal Tearoom on Eastbank Street
A choice of loose leaf teas, served in china teapots and silver tea strainers. A choice of half a dozen excellent coffees served in cafetieres, afternoon and cream teas in oppulent suroundings.
A pianist plays on Saturday afternoons. Excellent for a relaxing drink or meal

- theres a fab ice cream shop on lord street it sells the best ice cream in the known universe also dose lunches and snacks and stuff
- Madly random milkshake bar opposite from the market
- Fantastic expresso on the corner of Tulketh and Chapel Street called Vivesco. The big brown sofa is very comfy too.

- The Coffee Bean in Market Street serve the best toasted sausage sandwich in town, although they are a bit tight with the tomatoe sauce.
- Cafe Matisse is a must for daytime frolics
- It's impossible to get a decent coffee in Southport. Two establishments, in my opinion, have achieved the 'close but no cigar' award. Still, that's no match for a decent coffee.
