  • new opening hours at SOUTHSEA SKATEPARK ten till 8pm seven days a week during summer holidays. £3 for three hour sesion. begginers lessons in skate board bmx and blading on saturdays and sundays. 10 til 12 only. when schools go back times are. 2pm till eight pm floodlit.......may go till 10pm. weekend times as term time. hockey only have comps at southsea now. also a new wembly gap. newly resurfaced vert. six foot spine mini.......new 4ft wooden mini ramp on the way too. better atmosphere.
  • get down to the red!!that or guildhall square has some good places.
  • "The red" a triangle shaped bit of red tarmac next to the pyramids swimming pool. Outside St. Johns College (it really pisses off the head so get yer ass down there)
  • The skatepark of course
  • SCHOOL WITH 6 STAIRS,3 STAIRS,LEDGES(WAXED BRILLIANTLY),HANDRAIL,BINS,RAMPS USUALLY ABOUT 8 SKATEBOARDERS PRESENT AT ALL TIMES!
  • Large freestyle area banked on one side with plenty of very interesting street stuff. Pool. Two mini ramps as well as full-sized vert ramp. Drop bowl with added vert, mellow banked bowl, slalom run, Shop. Food and drink Games. Lighting. The park is shut on weekdays (except on school holidays) because the park has to be governed by X amount of marshals which is impossible to fund on weeknights. Therefore only the flatland which needs no marshals can be ridden during the evenings. And we all get chucked off if there's a roller hockey match. The street stuff is there still and normal sessions exist on weekends and school holidays. Tel: 01705 825005. The classic Brit skate park, also very popular with BMX.
