- St Andrews Art Society
- Artery Gallery at 43 South Street in St Andrews they are the first gallery I have seen that sells art from Scotland and from all over the world, great contemporary art at realy good prices. They also have some of the best jewllery I have seen (which cost me lots of money as the wife fell in love with the woven silver jewellery from Brazil!) I would say this is the most exciting gallery I have seen ,a must see on your next visit to St Andrews
- The Crawford Arts centre is the only art gallery that comes to mind. There's the orginally named "Art shop" on South street aswell!
- Bacchus is an excellent shop (near the Vic on Market Street). It sells a few of the souveniers for American tourists only (pictures of the golf course etc.) but also has a really good range of reasonably priced silver jewellery in both modern and old styles (including celtic and the ubiquitous Rennie Mackintosh). It's just a shame they don't sell gold. Wlak straight past the posh Jewellers on the corner of Market Street and Bell Street though (Hendersons?). They are both rude and ridiculously expensive.
- Christ, just walk along Market Street or South Street. There's pretty much everything.
- Crawford art gallery and shop on North Street, Anne Lightwood shop and St. Andrews Pottery shop
