The Best Things
- You've missed out the Mermaid Bistro in Fish Street. I live in Cornwall and they serve some of the best sea food I've ever tasted not to mention their excellent raspberry cream brulee. The taste is certainly up to anything you'd get in London!
- no cells in st ives police station.
- The feeling you can get your mobile out phone without being battered around the head by a mugger.
- The Barnoon cemetery overlooking Porthmeor Beach. The island on a warm summer's day. The island on a cold stormy day. The old locals - they're a dying breed and their accents are wonderful.

- The Winter when all the visitiors have gone home.
- PART OF RAISE THE TITANIC WAS FILMED HERE IN THE LATE 70'S, THE LOCAL PUB WAS USED IN A SCENE WITH ALEC GUINESS PLAYING AN OLD SEAFARER.
- Shoreline Tattoo. How lucky that such a small town, has it's own tattoo studio, which just happens to be the home of one of the most talented tattooists I've ever seen? You can look at some of the custom freehand work and understand that it IS an artform. Go there.
