Clubs (Dance Music) and Music Bars in St Neots, Cambridgeshire*

Where to go to get down

You can tell us more about St Neots.

Clubs (Dance Music) and Music Bars
  • The New Inn in St.Neots.
  • The Warehouse and Charlies are both good. The Priory is new, and over 21's only on busy nights.
  • hahahahahaha Warehouse!!!! need to be hammered!
  • Warehouse is a shoebox sized room that has been converted into a club, the only plus is the cheap drink and fairly nice modern pub attached to it. The music is a good mixture but doesn't make up for the constant scrambling to actually get on the dancefloor. Charlies is a nicer alternative, it's a bit bigger and plays the same sort of music. Both of these attract the younger clubbers while the newest club, the Priory is more appealing to 20+. It is the nicest place to go and drink is quite cheap too. All of these are easily found on the main market square.
  • Myself and the other 70 - 80% of 18 - 30 year olds in this town are thankful for the likes of SHOTZ and THE WAREHOUSE. It is the place to be for socializing, partying and drinking. This town would be a tired and boring place if we all thought like the above opinions. Not everyone is happy with sitting in a big comfy chair drinking ale. We wanna party, drink funky cocktails, dress up, look sexy and have it LARGE. Open you mind..... and due to the fact that their are regular checks in all pubs in town by the local police guarentees that there are limited underage drinkers. The people that think the town is full of them are usually the power happy 'oldies' that enjoy the Folk Club etc.
  • Wildmans (or Childmans) is now been imaginatively renamed The Warehouse, but is just as lame. The Kings Head pub is now Shotz (or Shitz) and resembles a western saloon. Alright if you like theme pubs with big telly but not if you like great beer and a comfy seat.Oh Yeah, the toilets are up a steep, wonky staircase. Obviously designed by someone who doesn't drink.
  • Charlies (behind Falcon pub on Market Square)....quite crap really but better than Warehouse (behind Kings Head)
  • There is now a small club! behind the Old Falcon called Charlies and believe it or not its not full of 16 year olds. Its small and hot but hey that can be fun on a Friday night and its the only place still going at 2 am but it does cost £4 to get in and yes dont drink the lager!
  • Teenage Rugby Club
  • A so-called "club" has been started out the back of the Kings Head, behind the Market Square. It is called "Wildmans", although those who don't frequent it generally tend to call it "Childmans", due to the youthful nature of the crowd. For about a year, St. Neots Town Councillors have been developing the ideas of the opening of a proper nightclub in the town, following the recent closure of the town's only Wine Bar in Fishers Yard (supposedly reserved for people well-dressed and over 21 years old, although the exact opposite is usually the case)
