Arts, crafts and such
- Oatlands
- The Eistedfod is a general show with singing etc, but it has a huge arts and crafts section. Its held once a year
- Great craft shop at the newly redeveloped Strawberry Farm.
- Candie Gardens art gallery.
- Oatlands craft centre would be the main here. You can watch a range of things being made, stained glass, pottery and such, while their Christmas Barn is a sight to behold. It's always christmas there and there are a number of knick knacks you can buy.
- The Guernsey Youth Theatre is one of the Islands best theatrical groups, performing classical and contemporary theatre, Located at The old Boys Grammer School, in St Peter Port,If they are performing during your stay, they are well worth an evening of your time.
- The Coach House Gallery - used to have a great selection of local artworks. My Mum has a lovely painting of the Cup and Saucer(Fort Grey) and evey time I look at it it bings back very many fond memories of family holidays when my Dad was still live. Now, both myself and my Mom are professional artsits with degress in Textiles and Fine Art respectively - all inspired from The Coach House Gallery.
