- the four ashes pub
- Loads of them, no fancy American style hi-tech water holes. Good old British pubs where you have to wave your tenner to get served and they don't bring the drink to your table. Makes you feel at home.
- The Cock Public House is really the sort of pub teh over 30's drink in, although there are some younger elemnts in there. Its teh ideal pub to take your parents / girlfirend for something to eat. The Old Bell is trying to be up & coming, but it's really for the out of towners (Airport staff & contractors)providing hotel accomodation & internet access.
The Feathers is about the only pub in the village that caters for 21s - to 31's. The only problem is most of the recruits come from the Three Colts once they've left home!
THe Three Colts is ideal for those of us who never wnat to grow ld & enjoy every vice availabel to make us feel so from fresh faced blondes to boy racers with XR3's from Pints of Stella to strange smelling cigarettes.
