We are located at Pionsat (area 63) a small village in the Auvergne, 30klm south of Montlucon and 70klm north of Clermont-Ferrand.
Since arriving in March we have completed the work on the larger of the two houses. And the work is now completd on the second house. The smaller house comprises of a first floor one bedroom flat with living room kitchen etc. The ground floor has utility room and bathroom. This flat is for holiday accommodation, or for people looking to purchase property in the area.
So if you are thinking of buying property in France, or just want a look around. Come and stay with us for a week. The accommodation will sleep two persons comfortably, or three to four at a push. We will introduce you to a (very helpful) local English speaking Estate Agent. We can explain how things work over here. And show you the best place�s to purchase building materials, etc.

The price for a week is �275.00 inclusive of electric and gas.
